Based on the color of Ti is observe

Based on the color of Ti is observed as dark after de-capping the blister, it is suggested that the blister on AlN is similar to Al2O3, however the blister ratio of AlN is lower than that of Al2O3.To increase the time of plasma treatment is helpless to solve the blister issue. The next test will be focus on baking the substrates by vacuum oven before sputtering, the test schedule will be provided later when vacuum oven is fixed.
