本次设计是年糕制粉智能自动生产线中提升翻转机。本课题来源于企设计一套年糕制粉智能自动生产线中提升翻转机满足年糕生产线智能物料输送系统，将慈城冯恒大年糕厂生产年糕设备的基础上，改装成为年糕制粉自动流水线，实现各个设备之间专业化、自动化水平年糕粉输送。
年糕制粉智能自动生产线中提升翻转机是年糕制粉智能自动生产流水线其中的主要组成部分，一种用来将粉状或块状年糕制粉提升后再翻转倾倒的专用设备。主要应用于年糕制粉智能自动生产流水线利用原有的装运桶和特制桶举升机构将年糕制粉倾倒至扎粉机中，也可以应用于化工，食品，糖类等行业块状物颗粒物的提升和翻转倾倒。
在这里主要包括:传动系统的设计、升降机构系统的设计、回转机构设计。这次毕业设计对设计工作的基本技能的训练，提高了分析和解决工程技术问题的能力，并为进行一般机械的设计创造了一定条件。
本论文研究内容：
(1) 年糕制粉智能自动生产线中提升翻转机装置总体结构设计。
(2) 年糕制粉智能自动生产线中提升翻转机装置工作性能分析。
(3)电动机的选择。
(4) 年糕制粉智能自动生产线中提升翻转机装置的传动系统、执行部件设计。
(5)对设计零件进行设计计算分析和校核。
(6)绘制整机装配图及重要部件装配图和设计零件的零件图。
