GLIM-defined malnutrition during admission for rehabilitationamong patients with oropharyngeal dysphagia after stroke inverselyaffects the severity and improvement in swallowing ability atdischarge. For patients with post-stroke oropharyngeal dysphagia,early identification of malnutrition on admission and provision ofboth rehabilitation training and nutritional interventions may bedesirable. Further studies are needed to confirm the impact of theidentification of malnutrition and nutritional interventions inmalnourished patients with oropharyngeal dysphagia.
