1. IntroductionPCBs had been widely applied for various industrial purposes and eventually became a ubiquitous contaminant due to their high physical and chemical stabilities. Consequently, PCB contamination had been found in the area of non-industrialized and sparsely populated North Pole (Allen-Gil et al., 1997). The widespread and bioaccumulation of PCBs have resulted severe environmental safety concerns while PCBs play the role of an endocrine hormone disruptor and threaten the health of human beings and wildlife.
