Sehr geehrter Verkäufer,
Ich war sehr positiv von der schnellen Zusendung überrascht. Das Gerät hat am ersten Tag auch super funktioniert. Doch leider lässt essich jetzt nicht mehr bedienen, weder per kKnopfdruck, noch per Fernbedienung. Es spielt leider auch keine Lieder mehr ab, obwohl das Gerät sagt, dass es im Modus ist und bereit sei.

Wie können wir jetzt Verfahren? Ich möchte ein qualitativ hochwertiges Gerät, welches funktioniert.
