1. 卸酸泵出口接压力表、酸喷射器出口接酸度计三个地方均采用不锈钢317材质，共涉及DN80（0.5m） DN65（0.4m） DN50（0.2m）三种规格管道，法兰8件。本系统用量太少，并且管道定长6米每根，几十厘米的管段厂家无法供货。因此将此三处管道按照原系统设计选择碳钢衬塑材质，相关管路作为一个整体，并在此管段相应位置预焊不锈钢316L取样管。具体见F05931S-H0209(01)-04、F05931S-H0210(01)-04、F05931S-H0210(01)-06图。
2. 精处理阳床排气管避让热机管道，将其向上抬150mm。具体见F05931S-H0301(1)-06图。
