We understand that our witness statement would be submitted on 6th June. Is it in the same day that we may receive the witness statement from PowerScan? Do we need to submit further comments about the third party’s witness statement, before the trial starts? The reason we raise the question is that if we don’t submit to the court our opinion about the third party’s SOC and witness statement, that would mean we make no formal reply to them… if not, we are to make sure that our Witness Statement should cover the main arguments raised in the third party’s SOC…for your consideration.
We also learned that Professor David will arrive in KL around 6th. Should Mr. Wang or any other Nuctech staff arrive in KL ,for some reasons, on or after that day? So far, Mr. Wang is expected to attend a meeting in Hong Kong in the morning of 9th June, he is wondering if he is obliged to attend the trial… Would you mind to brief us with a suggestion? We also need to know who will be requested by the court to be present during the trial from the 9th to the 13th June, as we need to prepare the Visa.
