Submit a wellbeing reimbursement claimClaims submitted with complete documentation and approved in the current month before the Darwin payroll cutoff will be reimbursed in the current month, and submissions that are approved beyond the cut-off will be reimbursed in the following months payroll. Your claim will be reviewed for eligibility and accuracy within 7 business days of submission not including weekends or holidays. As your benefit amount rolls over month to month, you may submit for multiple months within one claim. However, you may not claim for more than you have available. Any wellbeing claims that are partially approved due to lack of funds are not automatically reimbursed the next month when your new accrual is given. You must log in to Darwin and place a new claim for the remaining amount of the claim until paid in full or the benefit year is over. Employees must submit wellbeing claims with proper documentation ahead of their final day at Uber in order to be reviewed and processed by Payroll for reimbursement.
