When the forwarder arrives at AUPA to pick up the packaged Takeda products, a data logger (Q-tag® CLm doc L) should be placed within the tri wall at the top onf the pallets in the front, middle, and the back end of the cargo (see diagram below) to record the temperature throughout the shipment. If the number of pallets to be dispatched is ≦ 3, a data logger should be placed for on each of the pallets. The pallet containing data logger should be mark clearly for identification during good receipt by the consignee. The data logger serial number (removable label) should be affixed next to the posted shipment notice, followed by the documenting the and verifying the Checklist of Data Logger Placement Prior to Shipment (see Attachment 1 ) to record the dispatch date, drug name, lot number, number of pallets, data logger serial number, pallet number for affixing the data logger, and whether the data logger is activated. The warehouse supervisor is responsible for verifying the information in the checklist following 4 eyes principle.
