Supplier shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, provide Foxlink with written materials sufficiently demonstrating the Products sold to or manufactured for Foxlink are certified by organizations such as UL, CSA, VDE, FCC, and alike, except for those not applicable to any such certificates.
