7.3 ALSE methodThis test method uses the active rod antenna in the Section 3.5 and covers from 100 kHz to 30 MHz.The test is intended to measure the radiated emissions which are emitted not only from the housing ofthe specimen but also from the harness which connect the specimen with the load. The subjectnoise sources for which this test is meant is mainly those from the communication circuit. The settingconditions shall be basically in accordance with the Section 5.4. However, the measurement shall becarried out in the configuration which employs the artificial power supply circuit network and theharness of its lengths mm. The methods shown in Table 18 and Fig. 22 shall be applied tothe measurement.
