4. ConclusionsThe following findings were obtained as a result of precision blanking using two stainless steels with different austenite stabilities.1. As a result of the tensile test, in the case of 304 with high ductility, a fractured surface was generated at the sheared surface. On the other hand, the sheared surface of 316L, which has lower ductility than 304, is a full shear surface.2. The sheared cut surface quality due to shear is greatly influenced by the austenite stability of the material.
