Responsibilities:
1st Level ICT Troubleshooting via phone and remote desktop tool;
Manage incidents and service requests;
Onsite purchasing, configuration and maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile etc.;
ICT introduction and training users;
Performing day to day breakfix resolution;
Make tasks ordered by the manager;
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science
English MUST be fluent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Results driven, open personality with a pro-active attitude
Team orientation, collaborative working style
