Order Tracking: Expectations

The Vendor must notify the Inventory Buyer of any expected changes to turnover dates and/or quantities to be delivered. This information can be communicated by phone, fax or e-mail. Details must:
1.Include specific details of what the expected change is.
2.Be at the lowest level of detail (color size level for most apparel).
3.Include the reason for the change.
The Buyer will review, and discuss with the Vendor if other changes, or alternative shipping methods are necessary. Notification of an expected change does not relieve the vendor of their obligation to the accepted ship date or quantity.
