Establishing the feasibility of conducting a full scale RCTIn order to assess the feasibility of conducting a full scale RCT,pertinent data was recorded throughout the study, including: participation/refusal rate, drop-outs, intervention attendance rates, adverseevents and reasons for non-participation/withdrawal. LY participantswere also asked to keep a diary (contained within the LY workbooks) ofwhen and for how long that they may have practiced the interventionoutside the facilitated groups and during the follow-up period in orderto ascertain the feasibility of home practice.
