Should the use of the stand not be possible for reasons for which the Contractor is responsible, on account of the fact that residual work has still to be carried out on the stand construction, and such work prevents usage of the stand, then compensation for damages shall become due and shall be restricted to the sum of 0,1% of the contract sum for every full hour of delay, subject to a maximum amount of 5% of the contract sum.Minor changes and corrections not affecting the use or service of the stand will not be part of this rule and could be finished anytime before the opening of the show.
