5.7 Submission of Test ReportTest report and the test plan sheet shall be prepared and submitted after the measurement iscompleted. Table 13 shows items specified in the test report. Items described in the test reportshall be agreed in advance between the department submitting the report and the departmentaccepting it. Discussions and decisions which are not mentioned in the test plan sheet are invalid.
