本实验通过观察人血和鸡血的红细胞对不同物质的溶血现象，建立起等渗的概念，理解溶血原理并进而了解分子大小、脂溶性和带电性对细胞膜通透性的影响，总结细胞膜对不同性质物质通透性的一般规律。

Summary Through this experiment, observing people with blood and blood red blood cell hemolysis of different substances, established the concept of permeability, understand how hemolysis and further understanding of the molecular size and lipid solubility and charge effects on membrane permeability, summary general rules of cell membrane permeability for different substances.

AbstractIn this study, we observed the blood and chicken red blood cells of different substances of hemolysis phenomenon, establish isotonic concept, understanding hemolysis principle and further understanding of molecular size, lipid solvent effect on the permeability of cell membrane and charged, summarize the cell membrane on the permeability of different nature material general rules.
