本文针对煤矿安全问题，提出一种基于TD-FemtoCell的井下专用SIP语音系统。该系统支持TD终端，支持SIP终端，并能够互融互通；能接入标准SIP终端，并与移动网络互通；支持SIP User Agent功能，能将移动用户接入SIP Server，与SIP网络、软交换服务器、IP-PBX等互通。经过测试，该系统具有良好的稳定性以及安全性，并能有效提高煤矿生产的安全性。

According to coal mine safety problems, propose a dedicated underground TD-FemtoCell SIP-based voice systems. The system supports the TD Terminal in support of SIP Terminal, and can mix Exchange; SIP terminal can access standard and interoperable with mobile network; support the SIP User Agent features, mobile users can be connected to the SIP Server, and SIP networks, servers, IP-PBX softswitch Interworking. In this paper, a TD-FemtoCell based SIP voice system is proposed for coal mine safety. The system supports TD terminal, supports SIP terminal, and is able to communicate with each other, can access standard SIP terminal, and can communicate with the mobile network; support User Agent SIP function, can connect mobile users to Server SIP, and SIP network, soft switch server, IP-PBX and other exchange.
