All of Recipient’s duties and oblig

All of Recipient’s duties and obligations in respect of Technical Information received from Owner shall remain in effect in perpetuity or until such Technical Information is no longer confidential or a trade secret of Owner. In addition to the above obligations, Recipient agrees that that it will not (i) modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative or other works from any of the disclosed Technical Information; or (ii) export, directly or indirectly, any Technical Information to any country for which the Canadian or US Government or any agency thereof requires an export license or other governmental approval without first obtaining such license or approval.
