SKOPOS overview SKOPOS theory was proposed by Vermeer in the 1970 of the 20th century, the theory in translation studies, from Buhler (K.Buhler) theories of language features. Teleology view, translation included communicative intention or function is the root of decisions of the translator (Zhang Meifang, 2005:12). In other words, SKOPOS theory believes that all the translated actions to follow the first rule is "rule", that is, translation the aim of the operation decided to achieve the desired objectives of the policy. Normally, the "object" refers to the translation of communicative purposes, depending on the translation the initiators of actions, in the ideal case, sponsor will give translators, translation request, indicates to the translator need translation reasons, use translation environment, should have the function of translation, translation and accept the situation. In addition to rule as the highest principle of teleology, as well as two other principles, the principle of coherence and the principle of loyal. Mandy had the teleology had summed up in the translation must be consistent within the article; translation must be articles (Munday,2001:79). Which is the principle of coherence, that allows the recipient to understand; the latter is true principles, that is faithful imitation of the original maximum of teleology.

An overview of functional objectivesSkopos theory is put forward by Vermeer in the 1970s, the theory generated in translation studies internal source in the language function theory of Buller (K.Buhler). According to the purpose of the theory, the communicative intention or function of translation is the source of the translator"s decision (Zhang Meifang, 2005:12). That is to say, the functional goal theory holds that all the primary rules of translation actions are "the law of destination", that is, the goal of translation is to achieve the desired objectives. Usually case, "objective" is refers to the communicative purpose of the translation, depending to the initiator of translational action, in the ideal case, the sponsor will for a translator to put forward translation requirements, to the translator specified need translation, translation environment, the translation should have the function, and readers. In addition to the rule of the purpose of the principle of the highest principle, there are two other principles, namely the principle of coherence and loyalty. Mandy has made a summary of the theory of the purpose: the translation must be in the same; the translation must be the same (Munday, 2001:79). The former is the principle of coherence, which can make the receiver understand; the latter is the faithful principle, that is to say it is the purpose of the original maximum faithful imitation.
