This contract two copies, A and B each of the two sides to do a copy, if there is outstanding matters, the two sides should be the principle of good faith and reciprocity agreement.

This contract is made in two copies, one for each party. In case of any matters not covered, both parties shall agree on the principle of good faith and mutual benefit.
