Please noted that your O&M Manual submission have been endorsed by WOY on 08 Sep 2016. Please urged to prepare 2 no. hardcopies and 1 no. CD for transmission to GM-Facilities before or on next Wednesday (14/9/2016). You can pass the hardcopy and CD to me, I will submit to GM in the Wednesday morning meeting. Thanks.

Referring to our meeting with WOY / GEG, please make sure that all of you need to complete the outstanding of shop drawing, As-built drawing and O&M Manual before next Wednesday (14/9/2016). Otherwise cost deduction will be executed via commercial process.
