To be eligible for internal transfer, an applicant:
Must be employed at the current position for at least one year
Must have satisfactory work record, and be in good standing at your current position
Exceptions will require approval from the Director of HR
To apply:
Prior to emailing the recruiter, discuss with your manager about your intention to apply
Once the manager is onboard, send your application to the recruiter and cc: your manager
Internal applicants will still go through the regular assessment process, and the hiring manager will seek feedback from the current manager on performance, behavior and other key metrics
The referral bonus does not apply to internal applications
