these lesions remain mildly hypodense on delayed images, imaging characteristics are non-specific although hemangioma could be one of the differentials. there is no aggressive bone lesion noted. mild right irregular pleural thickening noted at poster aspect of bilateral lower lobes likely related to previous inflammation/or insult. suggest follow up contrast CT upper abdomen
