We would like to invite you to attend Interface Coordination Meeting No.23 that we used to be held monthly.

In the meantime, we want you to notify Schedule of this month as below:



Date : 30 December 2016 ( Friday ) 14:00 – 15:00



Place : 2nd floor of Admin Building, Multipurpose Hall of MJTD Office



Language : English ( Main ) / Myanmar ( if any )



Attendee : Representative of Locator ( If possible )

Representative of Main Contractor

Minimum

Requirement : At least one attendee is needed to join



Host : MJTD ( presented by power point )



Please allow me to explain the reasons why we should make the meeting intentionally for all locators who are trying to build up their factory in all around of TSEZ-phase1 and 2.

We, MJTD had given Internal Regulations of TSEZ’s guideline book to all locators in advance until any commencement.

However, you may not be completely familiar with all rules legislated in Internal Regulations, on the other hand, we often announce some special issues related with locator’s construction works.

Besides, we have a special session to discuss and share each factory construction’s difficulties and inconveniences to each other and can let MJTD know what you are facing currently.



To be resubmitted Documents by Locators if any changes as follow:

1. Map of Current Access Road to your site

2. Schedule of Construction 1- Current Master Plan

3. Schedule of Construction 2- Current Monthly Plan



I’ll be looking forward your prior reply together with the number of attendee lately dated on 28 December 2016 via email in order to be well convenient to arrange sitting plan.
