9.0 THE TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
9.1 Termination of the employment contract without cause:
This employment contract may be terminated at any time by either party by giving five (5) days notice in writing or by paying the other party five (5) days salary in lieu, should the employee is still under probation. A confirmed employee shall give forty-five (45) days notice in writing or by paying the other party forty-five (45) days salary in lieu after you receive the terminate letter, you may or may not be asked to stop your work immediately. If you are asked to stop your work immediately, the Masceana Co., Ltd. (Don Chan Palace Hotel & Convention) will keep to pay you until the terminate date that specified in the terminate letter.
