根據Adelmann (1989)職業分類標準方法，幼兒教育工作者是屬於高情緒勞務負荷者，當幼兒園教師處於高度情緒勞務工作環境下時，將直接或間接攸關到幼兒各方面的發展，對於未來與整個教育大環境極有可能產生重大的影響。但幼兒園教師本身所擁有的心理資本程度高低是否會改善高情緒勞務所帶來的影響成為本研究的動機。

According Adelmann (1989) Standard Classification of Occupations methods, early childhood educators is emotional labor is a high load who, when teachers at the kindergarten in a highly emotional labor work environment, directly or indirectly, at stake to all aspects of early childhood development, and for the future the entire educational environment is likely to have a significant impact. But the degree of psychological capital kindergarten teachers themselves have to improve the level of whether it will affect the mood of labor brought about by the high motivation becomes of this study.
