Sapporo's ice and snow festival is sapporo's most famous annual winter festival. Each year, visitors to Japan and foreigners are held every year in early February. It's about a week, each year is very big. Having themes differently every year makes it interesting.The Sapporo Snow Festival was first held at Odori Park in 1950, with six ice sculptures of high school students from local schools and then consecutive events that are now the 1950s. Today, there are three festivals: Odori Park, Downtown Shopping District, and Dometasu.
