Leider können wir die Fahrzeige erst verkaufen, wenn die Haftungsfrage geklärt ist, da davon abhängt „aus welchem Topf“ die Kompensation kommt.
Eine Reparatur ist nur teilweise wirtschaftlich möglich, da ein Tausch der stark korrodierten Getriebeglocke nicht sinnvoll ist.
Daher müssen wir die Fahrzeuge „as is“ oder im besten Fall Teilrepariert verkaufen.
Um hier weiter zu machen müssen wir wissen, wer den Schaden trägt.
Entweder die Versicherung, oder das zentrale Garantiebudget, oder das lokale Discountbudget.
Dazu müssen wir mit den entsprechenden Budgetverantwortlichen eine Einigung finden.
Diese ist aber erst möglich wenn zweifelsfrei feststeht ob die Versicherung eintritt oder nicht.
Dahingehend ist also die Aussage dass wir die Fahrzeuge bereits ausliefern können nicht praktikabel.
Wenn die Versicherung nicht eintreten sollte müssen wir o.g. Weg gehen und das dauert schätzungsweise weitere 2 Wochen (im besten Fall)

Unser Anliegen mit Ihnen aber ist möglichst schnell eine Aussage der Versicherung zu bekommen. Derr Fall zieht sich nun schon zu lange hin.
In der Vergangenheit sind wir von Ihren Mitarbeitern (insbes. Herr Laure) immer HERVORRAGEND unterstützt worden.
Daher wundert es uns besonders warum es diesmal nicht zu einer ebenso raschen Lösung kommt.
