6.6 The Pledgors irrevocably agree to waive the preemptive right with respect to the Pledged Equity Interests pledged by
other shareholders of Beijing Company to the Pledgee, as well as the transfer of equity interests due to the exercise of
Pledge Right by the Pledgee.
