Findings: 1. The left nasopharynx shows mucosal thickening, cause to be determined. Recommend correlate with biopsy results. 2. The mouth floor and submandibular regions are normal. No focal lesion is identified. 3. The salivary and submandibular gland remain intact. 4. A cystic-like lesion about 2.5cm is found at left neck level III, R/O necrotic node. Recommend correlate with biopsy results. 5. Also noted necrotic node about 1.8cm in the parapharyngeal space of left nasopharynx. 6. The thyroid appears a 5mm nodule in the right lobe. 7. The cervical spine and ribs show heterogeneous density. Recommend correlate with bone scan study. Impression: 1. The left nasopharynx shows mucosal thickening, cause to be determined.
