Dear Drew,
We have checked with all of our managers, no any one told auditors they need to release and hide employees intentionally,
The thing is a few workers are walking to the front door during the break, one of our manager saw there are some customers in the front door, actually they are auditors but he don't know at that moment he thought they are our customer and visit our factory, then he ask the workers don't go to front door, he was not hiding employees.
The auditors asked our administrator Miss Niu (she is in charge of the HR&Adm.aspect work) why those workers are not in the workshop, she told auditors that those workers were on break,
The auditors didn't ask more questions during the visit the whole day, and didn't ask for the documents to evidence the break, the auditors had a meeting with us before they leave, they give us the report and said that is all the issues they found during visit, and explained each issues on the report to us, then we signed the report it means we understand and agreed with their report and we will correct all the issues.
