For this is complaint start from 2015-09-02 , After being justified ,the repair work cost long time and estimated ex-work is 2016-02-19 due to one part need to wait the supply from vendor .
Is there any way to expedite the process ? As Cloud pushed the US side , but no advance on schedule .

Regarding the order 6645593, these tools were ordered on Nov. 28 2014. The tools are with some quality issue since we received it. The complaint was justified and had reworked order 8871538, but the delivery date is 2/19/16. Imaging the result is OK, one and a half years have past(if it is not OK?). None of customer can bear a cycle time for so long time.

I think we need search help from Mr. Junqing and benny. Mr. Zhang Jinzhi have complained with the delivery date. All of us need a better delivery date.
