We only have to ensure that support team are competent, reliable and efficient. In other words, they should have the right answers to meet people's questions. I'd also like to suggest if the live support team won't be available 24/7, we should be informed with the opening hours when they'll be accessible.
Secondly, the average response time for support tickets sold be scaled up to expedite the resolution of issues.
