acute sinusitis under Augmentin Tx since 108/11/7, for F/U and feel mild improving, cough for 2-3 weeks s/p other clinic Tx but still cough severe, productive cough with yellowish sputum, cough severe when lying down difficult fall sleep, severe nasal stuffiness with thick purulent rhinorhrea also for 2-3 weeks, PND severe, headache over forehead and bil eyeball, sniff and thick purulent sputum clearout, PE: PND (+), yellowish thick nasal discharge was suctioned out, bs coarse, A: acute bacterial sinusitis P: 1. ENT local Tx 2. keep oral antibiotics Augmentin for sinusitis

平躺困難的時候下安奇的Tx急性鼻竇炎因為108/11/7，為F / U和感到有輕微的改善，咳嗽2-3週，S / P其他診所的Tx但還是咳嗽有黃痰嚴重，咳嗽，咳嗽嚴重入睡，嚴重鼻塞厚膿性rhinorhrea也2-3週，PND嚴重，頭痛超過前額和BIL眼球，嗅探和厚膿痰clearout，PE：PND（+），淡黃厚鼻涕被吸出，BS粗，
阿：急性細菌性鼻竇炎

2.保持口服抗生素汀鼻竇炎

自 108/11/7 起，增強性 Tx 下急性正音炎，對於 F/U，感覺輕度改善， 咳嗽2-3周s/p其他診所Tx，但仍然咳嗽嚴重，生產性咳嗽與黃痰，咳嗽嚴重時躺下困難秋季睡眠，嚴重鼻塞與厚化膿犀牛也2-3周，PND嚴重，頭痛超過額頭和膽珠，嗅覺和厚化膿痰清除，PE：PND（+），黃色厚的鼻排出被吸出，
A：急性細菌性坐音炎
P： 1. ENT 本地 Tx
2. 保持口服抗生素增強性為陰陰炎
