本研究之研究目的為：（1）瞭解日本來臺觀光客的基本屬性是否影響其來臺旅遊參與型態；（2）瞭解不同的日本來臺觀光客在觀光形象滿意度及來臺經驗滿意度上的差異；（3）瞭解不同旅遊參與型態的日本來臺觀光客在觀光形象滿意度及來臺經驗滿意度上的差異；（4）瞭解旅客基本屬性、旅遊參與型態、觀光形象滿意度與來臺經驗滿意度之關係；（5）建立日本來臺觀光客重遊意願預測。研究結論為：1. 日本觀光客來臺滿意度評價均以滿意居多且重遊意願高。2. 路標及公共設施標示難懂、環境衛生滿意度偏低。3. 「旅行社及導遊服務」對來臺經驗滿意度影響最大。

The purpose of this research study are: (1) understand the basic properties of Japan to Taiwan tourists to Taiwan affect their participation in travel patterns; (2) to understand the different experiences of Japanese tourists to Taiwan for sightseeing image satisfaction and satisfaction to Taiwan differences (3) understand the different travel patterns involved in Japanese tourists to Taiwan on sightseeing image satisfaction and experience satisfaction to Taiwan;; differences in degree (4) understand the basic properties of travelers, travel patterns involved, tourist image relationship satisfaction of satisfaction with the experience to Taiwan; (5) the establishment of Japanese tourists to Taiwan revisit willingness to predict. Study concluded that:
1. Japanese tourists to Taiwan satisfaction rating and the majority are satisfied with high willingness to revisit.
2. labeling difficult to understand road signs and public facilities, low Huanjingweisheng satisfaction.
3. "travel agents and tour guide services" to Taiwan to experience the greatest impact on satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to: (1) to understand whether the basic attributes of Japanese tourists coming to Taiwan affect their participation patterns in taiwan, and (2) to understand the differences in the satisfaction of different Japanese tourists in sightseeing image and experience satisfaction in Taiwan ;(3) to understand the differences in the satisfaction of japanese tourists in the tourist image and the satisfaction of visiting Taiwan experience, (4) to understand the relationship between the basic attributes of tourists, the pattern of tourism participation, the satisfaction of tourism image and the satisfaction of the experience of coming to Taiwan, and (5) to establish the prediction of the willingness of Japanese tourists to visit Taiwan. The conclusions of the study are:
1. The satisfaction evaluation of Japanese tourists coming to Taiwan is highly satisfactory and high willingness to re-visit.
2. Road signs and public facilities are difficult to understand, and environmental health satisfaction is low.
3. Travel agency and tour guide services have the greatest impact on the satisfaction of the experience of coming to Taiwan.
