Dependence on Pulse Amplitude: Figure 3c shows the dependence of the conductance ratio on pulse amplitude (Vpulse) for both devices. At lower Vpulse amplitudes, the conductance ratios are approximately 1, as small Vpulse values cannot effectively alter the polarization direction in the ferroelectric stack, and the two resistance states are not clearly distinguished. As Vpulse increases, Pr of the ferroelectric stack becomes larger, leading to greater band bending in the Ron and Roff states. This causes the conductance ratio to gradually increase. Device-2 has a higher maximum conductance ratio (approximately 290) compared to Device-1 (approximately 90).
