Tout soumissionnaire ayant proposé un câbles OPGW pour la première fois à l’ONEE et n’ayant pas fait l’objet d’essais de type, devra joindre un engagement pour la réalisation des essais de type à sa charge en cas d’adjudication du marché et ce avant la livraison dudit câble.


IV.2 ESSAIS D’ACCEPTATION PROVISOIRE

Les essais et vérifications sont effectués conformément aux normes en vigueur, ils consistent à vérifier les caractéristiques garanties par le fournisseur
Ils sont effectués avant expédition, par prélèvement d’échantillon sur les tourets fabriqués, en présence de représentants de l’ONEE.
Par conséquent le fournisseur doit communiquer à l’ONEE, suffisamment l’avance le planning prévisionnel comprenant :
- Le programme des essais et mesures
- Les lieux des opérations d’essais
- Les certificats d’étalonnage des appareils et instruments qui seront utilisés pendant les tests


IV.3 CONSTAT DE CONFORMITE

Lorsque les essais de réception des tourets, effectués sont concluants, un procès verbal de réception technique est établi, signé par les représentants de l’ONEE et ceux du fournisseur, et transmis à l’ONEE.
Si ces résultats sont divergents, un essai systématique de tous les tourets est à effectuer et les tourets non conformes sont refusés.

IV.4 CONDITIONS DE LIVRAISON

Le câble sera livré après :
- Avoir réalisé avec succès les essais en usines avec la présence d’un représentant de l’ONEE. (essais de routine)
- Avoir fourni la totalité des rapports des essais de type du câble


IV.5 TOURETS DE LIVRAISON

IV.5.1 Pour le câble OPGW pour ligne 225 kV

Le câble de garde OPGW sera livré en touret de longueur allant jusqu’à 5000 m.
