在学习人力资源管理知识方面，我觉得最大的困难是懒惰。虽然我喜欢阅读书籍，但并不喜欢阅读沉闷的书籍，而有关人力资源管理就属于这类型的书籍，因此我很难坚持继续阅读这些书籍。为了克服这个困难，我会不定时更换学习的方式，比如是观看影音和与学习小组讨论，提升自己的学习兴趣，让自己更容易吸收知识。
