本次毕业设计为《电池扣板的成型模拟与模具设计》和《矩形线架的成型模拟与模具设计》，主要以Pro/Engineer三维设计软件和Autodesk Moldflow注塑流动分析软件为工具，首先对塑件的形状尺寸和材料进行分析，实现塑件的三维造型。应用Autodesk Moldflow软件对塑件的整个注射成型过程进行模拟分析，确定最佳浇口位置，模拟填充、保压、冷却等过程，预测制件的翘曲、气穴、熔接线和变形等，最后应用Pro/Engineer软件进行模具成型零部件的结构尺寸设计，为模具选用适当的标准模架，完成对塑件的一套完整的模具设计方案。
