Winmate shall keep records of the implementation of the aforementioned quality assurance procedures, especially with regard to measured values and test results. It shall keep these records as well as product samples, if any, in a clearly ordered manner. Winmate shall allow BARTEC to inspect the records and product samples to the extent required and shall provide BARTEC with copies of such records and any product samples. The type, scope and retention periods of these records and product samples are specified in Annex 2 to this Agreement.
