Customer just send a rough drawing but no wirebond pin-out yet. Can you help me to confirm if this is doable/ feasible? Do i need to issue RD request even no wirebond pin-out yet? Please advice.
Customer want to confirm since per below table for 3 rows for a 7x7 mm pkg the max die size mentioned as 2.8x2.8 mm. Drac die size is 2.83x2.83mm.
Also per design it requires wires to be bonded to the die attach paddle.

客戶要確認每起下表3行以7×7毫米的PKG為2.8x2.8毫米提到的最大裸片尺寸。DRAC芯片尺寸是2.83x2.83mm。
