This agreement shall apply exclusiv

This agreement shall apply exclusively to the products listed in Annex 5 to this Agreement, supplied by Winmate on the basis of the purchase orders which Winmate receives and accepts from BARTEC or a BARTEC partner company during the term of this Agreement.
