NATO's international security assistance force in Afghanistan has condemned a suicide bombing in Kabul that killed at least 6 people.Children were reported to be among the victims.The attack took place Saturday near NATO headquarters.The force said such acts use weak individuals and persuade them to carry out horrible acts of violence.It said the suicide bomber was believed to be under the age of 20.The Taliban claimed responsibility for the bombing,but it said the bomber was a man in his twenties.A spokesman for the Taliban said the target of the explosion was the United States Central Intelligence Agency.
