The 1 st year, this agreement will be activated soon after initial order completion, and the

agreed setup order (first initial order, substitute (or back-up) products, and reasonable spare

parts or kits must be shipped within one (1) month from the issuing date. From the second

year, Distributor shall submit to Manufacturer, a yearly guarantee and Distributor and

Manufacturer shall consult and mutual agree on the yearly guarantee.
