This position is responsible for developing new products from concept to commercialization in supporting company growth. Be able to serve as a technical experts that supports product improvements, quality improvements, respond to customers feedback of products, cost saving initiatives, and assistance in the efficient utilization of the manufacturing network. Self-motivation is a must, and be able to multi-tasking. A flexible schedule is required to support testing as necessary when tests must be conducted during off shifts or non working days
