So the pipe arrived and I'm back to share my experiences:
The pipe looks pretty same as the original one except the inside diameters are bigger of course. It fits nearly perfectly in the car but it was needed to make some minor modifications to the pipe holder. This is because the angle between turbo end and intake hose end is different than on the original pipe (don't know why) so the aim is to put top of the pipe near to the engine otherwise the intake hose will touch the body.
Second thing - the PCV breather hose connection point is not welded in the exactly same angle so I had to modify the breather pipe holder as well.
Last - the workmanship of the pipe is not 100% especially in the welding. Would be better though.
And what are differences ? I think without proper tune nothing or nearly nothing. Maybe the turbo spool time is a bit lower but that could be just a feeling
