We've had too long exchanges, archived at eBAY, which clearly explains your wrong way of handling this matter. Ever since the beginning of our exchanges I proposed to exceptionally reimburse price & return costs soonest you sent EMS express carrier tracking number. Suddenly you changed idea because the postoffice is too far...then you disliked the price etc. I kindly proposed a reasonable discount of 15% which you instead claimed 100€ which is more than 50% (210 - postage 30 = 180)...
For these reasons, I confirm that back-trading is not an acceptable practice, especially after reading your "claim" as above, I clearly understand the flaws are on your behavior not on the pen !
According to your kind description, I very well understand that the pen from an unused condition is now sufficiently destroyed to the point that it has become worthless. So be it, my friend !
This being said, I now agree to reimbursing your 210 € investment on the sole provision you send the pen back to me, at your expense and in the same condition as it was sent you. Also, I request to have at hand copy of the PostOffice EMS Tracking number.
