Decent Capsule Hotel (Twin bunk beds room)-great location. Close to MRT station. -easy to find. From MRT station follow signs for exit M8. -the twin bunk beds room was one of the bigger rooms. -staff were very accommodating though English can be an issue. -Clean but small rooms. We stayed in one of the larger rooms but still a little on the small side. No windows but to be expected as it is a capsule hotel. -Decent hot showers. Clean bathroom facilities. -good facilities upstairs - seating area, water refill, etc.-be warned if you suffer from claustrophobia you’re not going to like this place. The rooms are small. The elevator is small. Etc. -bring earplugs with you. The walls are paper thin. I’d also recommend an eye mask as light creeps under the door, especially if you’re a light sleeper. -Hard wooden board under soft mattress, maybe not suited to everyone. -It’s on the tenth (top) floor. You have to take an elevator. As aforementioned the elevator is also on the small side. -We paid a premium price because it was in the run up to the New Year (roughly €63 for a night) although it was the cheapest in Taipei at the time. However the prices will drop after New Years - average being approx. €25 per night thereafter. -Good for a one or two night stay but I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay- your mental health may suffer!
